Billing and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. The office reserves the right to charge for office visits missed with less
than 24 hours notice. For your convenience, we accept Visa and Master Card as well as checks, money orders, and
cash. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. These procedures are not covered by any insurance.
Appointments
Appointments for the initial consultation are scheduled
from Monday through Friday. Treatments can be scheduled Monday through Saturday and some evenings - please call
703.453.8068 for information on a specific time. Telephone service is available Monday through Friday. Please call
at least 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule an appointment. You may leave a message if calling after hours
at 703.453.8068. |
